After introductions, we enjoy a delicious local and seasonal meal.

Before going to bed, we enjoy a breathing session and a guided meditation that leads us into mindfulness to start the weekend in the best possible way.

The day begins with a 1? hour yoga session in the orangery, led by Marine.

The yoga taught at this retreat is part of the hatha yoga branch.

After a tasty brunch, we set off for a walk during which we try our hand at meditation and contemplation.

Back at the lodge, we indulge in a gentle yoga session.

After a delicious local and seasonal meal, we end the day with a breathing and meditation session before going to bed.

Yes, it's already the last day of this wellness weekend.

We start the day with a 1h30 yoga session in the orangery with Marine. Then, after a hearty breakfast, it's time to say goodbye.

Supervision from your yoga teacher: Throughout the weekend, you will be supervised by yoga teacher Marine.
Nights in a gîte: located in the loving land of Durbuy, this gîte with a cabin feel will welcome you in private spaces, decorated simply with ecological materials, light, wood and woven linen. The philosophy here is to get back to basics in a place of sobriety.
Catering: All meals are included from Friday evening to Sunday morning. The meals are cooked by Marie, who offers us a healthy and creative cuisine that is also essentially vegetarian and organic, favouring seasonal produce and products from short distribution circuits.

Do I need to have practised yoga before?

No, this wellness retreat is for anyone looking for a time to disconnect from nature and take it easy on their body and mind. No pre-requisites are required to take part.

What equipment do I need?

Once your registration has been confirmed, we'll send you a full list of the equipment you'll need: your yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and possibly a block (not compulsory).

How long do yoga sessions last?

Yoga sessions last 1h30. However, everyone is free to leave or stop the session whenever they wish.

Is the tour compulsory?

No, if you prefer to take time for yourself when we go for a walk, that's perfectly possible. The walk is absolutely not compulsory.

What style of yoga will we be doing?

The type of yoga taught is related to the branch of Hatha Yoga. The classes follow a similar structure: breathing exercise(s), sun salutations (sequence of yoga postures), then different yoga postures held for several breaths, and finally total relaxation of the body (meditation, autosuggestion, body scan). Each class works the body as a whole, both in terms of stretching and energy. How comfortable are the rooms?

Everyone sleeps in their own bed. The rooms are comfortable and en suite.

Can I privatise this expedition for my group?

Yes, all our expeditions can be privatised for a group already formed, on the dates of your choice.

At Wildhartt, nature is our playground – rain or shine. Whether it’s pouring, snowing or windy, our guides adapt the route, activities and accommodation to give you the best possible experience.

In those rare cases, we may cancel an expedition, but no earlier than one week before departure.
